Love without the gospel:

An apologetic for forming a relational platform of love before sharing the gospel.

Each passage informs us to do good to unbelievers as well as people of the faith and NONE of the passages command us to preach-the-gospel at the same time.
Notice that nearly all these passages seem to infer building a relational reputation so that you can come to a place of influence: IE Show people the love of God so that you can earn the right to be heard and tell them about God.
There is neither command nor condemnation for doing good and not presenting the gospel. Therefore it is inappropriate to command or condemn such a practice.

Scriptural basis:

1 Peter 3
“Wives, in the same way be submissive to your husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives.”

Luke 6:33
"If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.

Luke 6:35
"But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He Himself is kind to ungrateful and evil men

Galatians 6:10
So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people

1 Timothy 6:18
Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good works, to be generous and ready to share

Matthew 5:16
"Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven

1 Timothy 5:9-11
A widow is to be put on the list only if she is not less than sixty years old, having been the wife of one man, having a reputation for good works; and if she has brought up children, if she has shown hospitality to strangers, if she has washed the saints' feet, if she has assisted those in distress, and if she has devoted herself to every good work

Matthew 5:44-46
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

Titus 2:14-15
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

Hebrews 13:2
Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.

John 10:5
"A stranger they simply will not follow, but will flee from him, because they do not know the voice of strangers."

1 Peter 2:12
Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us.

2 Timothy 2:24
And the Lord's servant must not quarrel; instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful.

1 Thessalonians 5:15
Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else.

Colossians 3:12
Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience

Matthew 25:44-46
"They also will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?' "He will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me. '"Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.
